Starting out in radio and transitioning into podcasts, Ella has spent the entirety of her career in the audio space.
With a passion for people, Ella has centred the majority of her career around giving underrepresented communities a voice.
Ella is the long term producer and editor of ‘Two Twos’, a podcast that aims to bridge the gap between the black LGBTQIA+ community and cis gendered straight people.
Most recently, Ella developed and co-produced ‘Swipe Your Sign’, the first ever black queer dating podcast for BBC 1Xtra and BBC Sounds.
After a 6 year stint at the BBC, 2024 sees Ella enter the freelance space, where she continues to champion underrepresented communities as a multi-media producer.
