Frizz Lauterbach is an experienced editor and digital media manager. Currently, he serves as the digital lead for prominent radio brands BAYERN 1 and BAYERN 3 at Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR/ARD). He supervises various genres and digital content, coordinating a comprehensive strategy across multiple platforms. His expertise includes the development and implementation of innovative content and editorial strategies. Frizz has extensive experience in change management, digital transformation, integrated media, digital storytelling, and the impact of emerging technologies on media outlets and societal dynamics. It is important to note that Frizz was a leading figure in setting up the Digital Communications and Journalism Masters programmes at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich. In addition, he co-founded ‘Wavelab’, an innovation lab and incubator at the Institute for Cultural Management and Media.
