RDE Inclusive

2025 marks the third year of Radiodays Inclusive, formerly known as Radiodays Women. What started as a small, free summit on a Sunday morning has now evolved into an important part of Radiodays Europe, holding its own alongside six other summits on Sunday, March 9th.

Rosie Smith, General Manager of Radiodays Europe, shared:
“Radiodays Inclusive sparks vital conversations attendees need to have. Each year, we aim to be more inclusive, innovative, and creative, offering valuable learning experiences to help attendees grow personally and professionally.”

The summit focuses on building happier, more effective teams and refining transferable skills. Expect a packed agenda featuring insights from industry leaders and beyond. Kicking off with a workshop on unleashing team innovation, the day also tackles crucial topics like “Inspiration Porn” in journalism, reaching audiences authentically, and identifying transferable skills—all delivered by field experts.

Rosie Kendrick, Radiodays Inclusive programmer, added:
“Our goal is to foster self and team development. Happy, diverse, and innovative teams aren’t just more productive—they make work more enjoyable. Four hours barely scratches the surface, but we focus on actionable strategies for growth.”

Join the Radiodays Inclusive Summit on Sunday, March 9th, for practical strategies to enhance team performance, advance your career, and refine essential skills to shape the future of audio. Expect inspiring case studies, actionable takeaways, and an engaging, forward-thinking program designed to energize you and your team.
