Learning lessons of Diversity and Inclusion
Julia Blomberg is the diversity and inclusion coordinator at Swedish Radio and her job is to oversee and connect the company’s different diversity efforts, goals, action plans and manage the communication strategy. Her previous work experience at Swedish Radio includes developing the company’s sustainability strategy, hiring manager, radio host, reporter and project managing fundraising events. She is a part of the Employer Branding-team and in charge of the collaboration with high schools and journalism schools.
