Currently Head of Recruitment at Sveriges Radio, Geraldine has an extensive background in the recruitment and search space.

Prior to joining Sveriges Radio, Geraldine was a partner at a Swedish executive search consultancy and has also managed a market research firm in Sub-Saharan Africa, both of which have brought valuable insights in strategic and inclusive recruitment. She holds a MSc in Psychology.
