She served as SVP of Programming for the World Famous iHeartRadio’s Z100 New York radio station for 20 years; 1 of 5 people that have held this position in the history of the station, and the only female. Has won accolades across the entertainment industry including the prestigious annual Billboard Women in Music list (for the last 10 years), TJ Martell Women of Influence - other honorees that year included Hoda Kotb and Robin Quivers - ELLE Magazine’s Women in Music Power List, Women in Music: The 50 Most Powerful Executives in the Industry, and many more. Sharon was also co-creator and Executive Producer of the annual Z100’s Jingle Ball concert that brought together the biggest artists of the year on stage at Madison Square Garden and would sell out in minutes every year. As the SVP of Promotion at Republic Records, she successfully formulated the promotion, marketing, and campaign roadmap for artists like The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, Drake, Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, Pop Smoke, and Nicki Minaj. Sharon serves as Vice President/Strategic Advisor for Radio Intelligence who works with some of the biggest radio brands in the world.
