Tony Moorey is the Content Director for Digital Platforms at Bauer Media Audio UK. For the last year Tony has been working on Rayo, a new digital audio ecosystem, launching first on iPhone and Android app and web this year. Tony is responsible for a content strategy designed for every mood and moment, combining creativity in programming with the opportunities that digital audio offers. Previously as Content Director, Tony led Absolute Radio’s on-air and digital content teams from 2010 to 2015, when he became Group Content Director, adding Magic and later Scala Radio to his repertoire. During his time at Absolute Radio, the team launched a range of digital stations including Absolute 80s and became the first UK radio station to combine one-to-many broadcasting with targeted audio ads online, whilst at Magic he led the brand to become the ARIAS UK Radio Station of the Year in 2021.
