Martina has been a CEO of the biggest youth oriented radio stations in Czech for the past 5 years. Along that she is heading a publishing house with 45 print&online titles. She has gained her vast experience in media while running a media agency in Czech and overseeing CEE markets as a strategy lead for key clients such is The Coca-Cola Company. At the age of 19 she started the biggest music festival in Czech – Rock For People – which she runs as a “side” project nowadays. She believes in research and data driven companies. Her current focus lies with importance of identifying the right content, no matter the vehicle used to convey the message (ie not radio but audio, no print but written content etc).
