Laurence has over 20 years experience in the radio, technology and automotive sectors. He leads Radioplayer’s work with the automotive industry across Europe and Internationally, building partnerships with the leading car manufacturers and multimedia technology suppliers around metadata, user interface design and hybrid radio development in connected cars. He is a current member of the WorldDAB Steering Board and Automotive Group, and a Director on the Board of hybrid radio standards organisation RadioDNS. He previously worked for Digital Radio UK where he led the partnerships with car manufacturers that saw digital radio included as standard in all new cars, and before that with trade organisation TechUK where he represented digital radio manufacturers.
